The Painting and Decorating Assocition is the largest national organisation in the UK catering exclusively for the needs of the professional painter and decorator. Its strict code of practice, to which all members must subscribe, ensures both employer`s and public liability risks and also guarantees the quality of work for a minimum period.

Historic Property Restoration Limited (HPR Ltd) was formerly the direct labour arm of English Heritage but is now a very succesful private company. With respect to the conservation and repair of Scheduled Ancient Monuments, evidence suggests they are now the preferred contractor. Throughout most areas of England, HPR Ltd have been called upon to rescue and repair Castles, Abbeys, Industrial Monuments, Churches, Tombs and other structures. Newcastle Decorators is quite rightly delighted to have been, and continues to be, a sub-contractor to HPR Ltd on some of their contracts.
